#473 FlyFM Wishing Tree

Kyle Patrick is in town!

Who is Kyle Patrick, you ask? He is one fifth of The Click Five, a band that I have forever been in love with ever since I first heard their single 'Just The Girl'.



This however, was when Eric Dill was the lead. Eric left the band to pursue his solo career, and was replaced by Kyle Patrick. Kyle Patrick, along with the other four The Click Five members then went on to make two albums together, the latest one being TCV.

Enough talk! Here are pictures from the FlyFM Wishing Tree event just now in Fahrenheit 88, KL where Kyle presented Christmas presents to less fortunate kids, and performed four songs starting off with a Christmas song, and went on to two The Click Five songs, and a song from his solo project. Videos are being uploaded as we speak! So come back! ;)

There are obvious similarities between Santa and Prem, don't you think? :P

I went up, saw Kyle, he hugged me real tight (and quite long too!), and I was like "Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God.." and Kyle was like, "Aww.." *melts and dies*

And the poster lol, was from The Click Five concert in 2008. I just had to bring it! I wanted Kyle to autographed it, but I gave him something better to autograph instead ;)

With Prem of the Pagi Rock Crew. Saw him at Reebok One Utama yesterday when we went there to shop for The Sisters' school stuff. Came home to find out that he got Kyle a pair of Reebok shoes and both he and Kyle were having dinner at One Utama! @#$%^
Now both sister and I are thinking that we should've followed Prem -.-

She saw me and she was like, "Ooh, you wear braces too!" LOL!



With Hafiz, the final one third of the Pagi Rock Crew, who was dancing when I asked him if I could get a picture with him and he was all like, "But I'm dancing!" AHAHA! Dua-dua also mata sepet in this picture, ahaha!



Lo and behold, my stuff that Kyle autographed, concert ticket and setlist from the 2008 concert! :D

I first passed the ticket (with my Sharpie) to be autographed. He saw the ticket and was like saying something that it's old and all to the event crews that were there. I got the ticket back, without my Sharpie. So there I stood waiting for my Sharpie to come back. So, while waiting, I thought, "Why not get my setlist autographed also?" So I passed my setlist. When Kyle saw it, he asked whose was it and the lady pointed me to him. He was like, "This is vintage!" and all I could do was just smile and said, "Now it's going to be worth so much more!"

Kyle left after the photo session. But before that, I wanted to get my posters autographed too. One for Ili, and one for me. So I asked Nadia and Prem if they could help me get it autographed and Prem said he can't promise, but he can try. So he talked to this lady and she told me to pass her the posters and my number, hang around, she'll get it autographed and get back to me! Psycheddddd!

She never did called me back ._.

So when I saw her outside of Fahrenheit 88, I asked her and she said she don't know where her boys left the posters. When she said that, my heart dropped. She asked me if it's okay that she gets Kyle to autograph a brand new poster for me. It's really okay one, but you know, the two posters were from 2008, and like Kyle said, vintage. She was so nice to go back and look for my posters! She came back, told me that Kyle didn't autograph it, but she'll get him to do it and mail my posters back to me! So so so so so nice of her!

The excitement of getting my posters autographed are like beyond the feeling of being bumped that I'm now one Sharpie short wtflol.





I ended my KL trip, which is not so often, with churros (thanks Rebecca for letting me know about this place!) and the Malaysia bear that was revealed during the United Buddy Bears exhibition launching.
